"All of the staff are incredibly supportive. They all know my boys by name and despite some of their less than desirable behaviors are always loving and tender with them. Even when giving me"constructive criticism"the staff and vets are supportive and understanding, approaching everything from an educational standpoint, rather than from a place of judgment. The follow up after procedures is stellar - especially during emergencies. We all feel comfortable with City Way Irv. Last week, we have our boys groomed for the first time and PHEW what a job that was... Talk about mats galore! They did an incredible job cleaning the boys up! So glad to have found you all!"
