Dr. Andrea Parker
Dr. Parker was born and raised in Louisville, KY and attended Ball State University for her undergraduate studies. She continued her education in West Lafayette, graduating from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She grew up with her three brothers playing in the cattle chute in the back yard while watching her father hard a work as a mixed animal veterinarian. Her interests include preventative care and dermatology. She has done a variety of veterinary work including many years as a relief veterinarian, a few years in emergency practice and urgent care, and now is back into general practice. Outside of work, Dr. Parker enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Natalie and Avery, as well as her three mixed breed dogs, Daisy, Lily, and Peaches. They are all avid ball players and love to swim! She also has four indoor cats Rosco, Jessie, Milo, and Wednesday. To complete the family pets, she has two guinea pigs, Cosmo and Luna. She enjoys gardening and yard work, painting and crafts, any home decorating or organizing project, and watching documentaries.
